WEEK IN REWIND

OY!!!! What  busy week we had, hence no update. Here is what we did last week

Monday: We did nothing except Harper had her 6 month check up. She is 26.5 inches long, 16.3 lbs and her head well she is following in Londyn's foot steps and off the chart but curving...LOL She is right where she needs to be. She also ended up with her 6 month vaccinations poor thing but she did really well and the Dr isn't concerned anymore about her UTI all the tests came back normal. YEAH

Tuesday:  well i enrolled Londyn in Gymnastics at Gymnastics Michiana, they offer classes for as young as 18 months and well it was just natural for me to want to enroll her. i grew up dancing and i was a cheerleader so of course i want to start her young:) You know Back hand springs by 3 Back tucks by 6...lol ok maybe i am a little overboard:) I was sooooo excited Londyn well not so much!!! She has always been a very cautious child and she was very scared of some of the apparatus. She did not like the bars or the beam but she did warm up to the tumble track ( they use it as a trampoline) She hated the foam pit and just kept telling me MESSY MESSY MOMMA MESSY...ok not only is she cautious she is a neat freak too!!!! She did enjoy the wooden sticks, marching around and off course dancing, maybe she will be my ballerina:)She loved the stamp and sucker at the end. Maybe Harper will be my gymnast;)

Wednesday: We had a Play Date at the Center Branch Library. It was Mardi Gras themed. The kids made necklaces out of colored pasta and mardi gras masks. Londyn was not down with making the necklaces and got very angry when i tried to help. Little Miss Independent!!!!! We then went and met my friend Courtney for Lunch at Hacienda. I use to work with Courtney at Staples and she lives in Dyer so when she comes this way for work we always try to meet up. She is pregnant and due with a little girl in June!!! so exciting:):)

Thursday: We went to a private event at Fun N fitness, which is nicely located like a half a mile down the road from the house. This is a gymnastics place as well. Londyn did alot better and even tried to walk on the balance beam. They offer alot of open gym times on Saturday mornings. The cost is 5 dollars and the kids have full reign of the whole room. Its a great way to run off some energy

Friday: We went to another play date. this one was located at Soccer Zone up off of University Dr. It was a great place to let the kids run and play. Londyn enjoyed kicking the soccer ball around and picking the soccer balls up and lining them up. She did not care for the children's zone which has a bunch of blow up toys that the kids can bounce in. So maybe i have a soccer player on my hands...hehehe it would be ok. I played soccer!!!

Then Saturday and Sunday we hung out around the House cheering on the Bucks in the Big Ten Tournament!!! They WON!!!!! We'll be sporting our buckeye gear this week as March Madness begins....O-H-I-O....Harper needs to learn to talk ASAP....Londyn has the O down but doesn't care for the H and I..so we are delegating those to Harper:)

Oh and we pulled out the Walker for Harper, yes a little young but she really liked it and Londyn enjoyed pushing her around in it
